Is this too far gone?

This car keeps on giving.. found a rust hole on the right rear shock tower. Is my chassy done?

Ill try to take it to a shop in the next couple of weeks. Seems like the damage is not just whats on the pic. Will hope for the best

Once the strut is removed it can be accessed from inside the wheel well.  I should think it's not fatal.
