Gear lever thread size?

Anyone know off the top of their heads what the thread size of the stock gear lever is?

I was just going through the shed to put a bunch of 300ZX bits up for sale (anyone want some gaskets, seals, hoses? giant spoiler?  s:lol: :lol: s:lol:  ) and found a nice spherical gear knob (even has the shift pattern cut into the top).. I think the knob has an M8 thread though, so too small for the gear lever..

If nobody knows, I'll just have to borrow a thread guage from somewhere and check it before I drill & tap the knob  s;) s;)

I believe it's M12 x 1.25
