Title: Camber Adjustment Bolts?
Post by: Anonymous on March 5, 2006, 17:47
I've found these on ebay in the States and wondered if anyone has any experience of them or any thoughts on them? Would they work and are they needed although a lot of us have lowered our cars?

Where did you get your Whiteline ones from Mark and how did the price compare to these? Would you recomend fitting some if you've lowered your car?

ok firstly if your going to do this ket proper ones like those in teh pic or the wheitline

Toyotas solution is crash bolts whihc are just smaller bolts and tehy move with hard use.

these have a locking cam so won't move

Whiteline I got from Demon Tweeks, and they weren't that exopensive, they aren't listed for teh mr2 though, you will need to give them the stock bolt sizes and they will advise on teh appropriate bits. One of teh reason I like DT they know there stuff when you need help.

Would I reccoment using them?

it depends if you can't get your camber within spec, yes.

If you wan't settings outside of teh stock range, yes.

however not one of teh cars I've seen lowered with teh TTE springs has ever been out of spec.

Thanks for that information Mark. My springs are TTE so hopefully everything will still be in spec but I must get it checked sometime...
