Title: Apexi Induction & Pre cat removal
Post by: Anonymous on March 6, 2006, 07:52
Hey all,

I'm looking for somewhere to buy the Apexi induction kit for the 2. Does anyone know of an online stockist?

Also, I want to get my pre-cats removed. Do you know whether you can just take it to any local garage or does it have to be a performance/imports garage? I had a recommendation to use S3 services but due to a number of reasons I've decided against using them. I'm in Surrey and just wondered if anyone else had any ideas or places they have been to to have it done?

Cheers all!

There's not many places outside Japan where you can get the Apexi from.  You're best bet is Japanparts.com I reckon.

As for the pre-cat removal, you can do it yourself if you know what to do.  You might find it useful to do a search through the formus, as this is probably the most talked-about topic!

I'm alittle worried about attempting the pre-cat removal myself... taking apart big pieces of car scares me!

I may just plump up the courage and do it this weekend.

If anyone wouldn't mind gutting my pre-cats for me, who has done it before, I'd happily drive up to you and pay you in cash and jaffa cakes...

Do a search.
Literally click the search button and type "pre cats" :  all will be revealed.
