Just joined your club..........impressive webby!
Love my mk3 '2 (Chose it over Elise as much better package all round......i.e. couldn't walk after 20 min test drive!!!) she just needs a bit more umph.....dont want to turbo her or drop the 190 and reckon from reviewing all the posts on the subject that the unichip is the way forward (Maybe with an induction kit).
Got a few more questions.......(sorry!! )
Setting up for two settings: Normal 95ron and GoGo juice 97 - good idea?
Can anyone recommend a tuner/supplier near s. wales?
Any further info out there esp about new system from US?
Thoughts?

yep, the unichip does have that facillity, although Millways had issues when they tried to program rogers with the dual fuel maps it is meant to be possible but you would obviously need to do 2 runs one with each fuel type and that could be expensive if they say that counts as 2 tunes, you'l need to ivestigate it with a local tuner.

e-mail Dastek, they'll be able to help you, just be warned that in the UK you cant get the plug'n'play harness that was part of the GB. only way is to look out for one on here

i've not had any e-mails from the guys on the sales team about the release of it in the UK(was due end Feb) yet and i'd have suspected it to be soon. Its called the Unichip Flux in the US

Thanks for the advice.
Have registered interest in the one for sale at the mo however its mapped to someone elses car setup and therefore without the premap.
Would it run ok on mine without re-map?

I reckon it'd run fine, although it might not necessarily be getting the utmost best out of your particular engine though.
