im thinking about selling my prelude for a toyota mr2 tubo but need info on them
whats the performance like?
was the turbo jap only?
i brought the prelude because its fast enough and dosent go wrong are mr2 turbos reliable?
what years did they make them and did they do any sort of special edition in a certain year?

If you mean the MR2 MK2 Turbo you might not get too many answers here as this board is for MK3 Roadster drivers.
However, MK2 Turbos are DAMN fast! IIRC they are only jap imports, my mate has one and he aint got any problems with his and he drives his quite hard.

They are fast, but i've seen Mk3s put in better lap times (Mk2 drivers wouldn't agree of course). I like them, and the engine is godly in the racing world.
But this isnt the place to ask i'm affraid.

'course you could always buy a Mk3 and stick a turbo in it!
