hi everyone i just replaced the stock double din cdand md in my 2  with a new alpine double din unit its amazing but its thinner (width) than the previous one where do i look for a surround for it? or do i need to make one? cos im poo at diy????

will that fit round the alpine cos the old toyota one is miles off?

MrT can get them for you

they go either side of teh alpine and whatever cubby you've put under it

and fill teh space bewteen it and teh stock surround

sorry to keep bugging you mark but im a bit confused! the alpine cd/md unit i have is double din aswell as the one i replaced so i dont have a cubby does the above still stand??? also you can see the back end of it a bit when you get in from the drivers side any ideas?

yes it does,

the width of teh oem is stereo is strictly speaking din plus a bit
these blanking plates space out your DIN unit to fit tehsurround

they black plastic? paintable? or too small to do anything with?
