My car has tns 200 sat nav,but i didnt get the owners manual is there a dowload for one on the net, or if someone has a spare it would be great to see it

You can order a new manual for the sat nav from any main Toyota dealer - the part number is PZ420-ON23U-EU - should cost around a fiver.
