Title: Clock & Interior Light Dead but Fuse Ok, I think...
Post by: robfuller on May 12, 2008, 20:49
I took a power feed from behind the clock, the same feed for the Interior Light for my new glove box light. All working perfectly pushed back into place just put my hand under to tuck some wires away and quickly shorted the wires on the new fitting. (Dam  s:( :( s:(  ) OK fuse has gone, but I check which I thought was the right one by the passenger for with a fuse called 'Door' which was fine (tested) and had power too! The manual isn't much help; does anyone know if that's the right one? If so I'm confused as why there is no power all the connections are fine and I only tapped into a wire no cutting.

Thanks guys and girls!! Only had my 2' for 2 weeks enjoying every minute of it esp. with such decent weather atm!  s:D :D s:D

Hi,

Can you not just visually check them all? Should only take a minute to find the blown one!

OK stupid me just found it  s:lol:  s:lol:  , it's not Door at all it's called Dome (10A) in the passenger door fuse box for anyone else that ever wants to know!
There so small my pliers covered the small blow so I didn't see it the first time.
