Title: Wheel caps
Post by: trebor on July 22, 2008, 10:07
... Just recieved a set of JDM wheel caps from Prolex, look better than I expected!

now - flame suit on -   s:flame: :flame: s:flame:

This may sound daft (and I have searched!)  - how do you remove the original ones, without damaging them?

I assume its not a wheel - off job?

Is it just - insert screwdriver and lever off?

thanks

Bob

Gentle poke with a screwdriver, they are held in place with 4 clips.

If you _have_ to use a screw driver to lever anything, at least wrap the end in black tape so it cant do as much damage.

All done - took 3 minutes!

I absolutely agree about wrapping the screwdriver with tape - and I did!
