Could they fit to a pre-03 and would those two bits alone make a difference? See, when they are sold, I thought that they come with the front brace as well?

Am I making this up?   s:? :? s:?    s:shock:  s:shock:

Comer I think tried to put the 03 rear braces on his pre-03 car and they won't fit as there is a slight difference in that part of the car where they attach to the lower arm of the suspension. You need to use the TRD ones to fit on a pre-03. If you search you should find the post where it was discussed between Comer and I.

The front brace though can fit both versions of car.

I found the front brace made the most difference.

That GB is a really good deal and well worth going for.

I got mine via Carson Toyota. I put my experiences up at http://www.apbw47.dsl.pipex.com/lessonslearnt.html

I had no problem with the insurance company either so no extra premuim  s:) :) s:)

Cheers you guys. I have spoken to Markiii about this and it all depends on when the GB is going ahead as to whether I can afford them or not. With house repairs and mods, as well as other things going on, then cost is a premium. Its one of the reasons I have had to pull out of the Anglesey track day (as well as another engagement that weekend I can't get out of......)

If it happens later, then I am going to look into this. Definately...........

Fitting could be a problem for me though. No garage and no tools........grrrrrrrrr  s:evil:  s:evil:
