Title: Are my tyres right? Wheel size help
Post by: Ilogik on December 21, 2008, 14:03
As I can't  see wheel sizes on my wheels, I measured them, im pretty sure im running 16x8 front and 16x9 rear. Need to work out the et but pretty sure from hub to outer on front its 5cm and on the rear its 7 1/2 cm.

Currently running 205/45/16 front and 215/45/16 rear. Rear looks a little stretched so would like to go a size bigger.

bump, anyone?

im pretty sure they are 16x8 and 16x9 as I measured from the inner lip to outer lip. Unless I have managed to gain an inch on both.

Go for 225/45/16 at the rear. I did, no issues.

measuring can be deceptive, it should be stamped on teh back of teh wheels

cool, will try removing the front wheel, see if they are stamped on the inner side of the wheel.
