Title: removing silver plastic audio surround

any one got any tips for removing the silver plastic bits from the bottom of the h/u surround so i can wire up my rear speakers

Do you mean the bits at the bottom of the pillars? If so, grab them from the back edge and pull HARD - watch you don't cut your fingers off  s:wink: :wink: s:wink:

If it's any consolation, once you've got them off, they're a lot easier to take off from then on.
