I spent all day at work, then came home to shift 3 tons of gravel followed by washing the 2 & the bike. Oh how us jet set live s:? :? s:?
This weekend has been brilliant, just what the 2 was made for.I saw a 53 sable with hardtop in Brighton yesterday, must have had his aircon on I guess and a 53 in silver on the front, with top down and nice guy who waved. Nice when people wave instead of shake fists!!
Over here we got 26Âșc in the shade. I can tell you that it was hot under the sun s8) 8) s8) I went top down and got tanned. Sometimes I even turned the aircon on, just to get some really cold air. Lovely weekend s:D :D s:D
i have just spent the week driving around the dales had top down all the time got a few pictures of the views none of the car if anyone interested
also found a really good adjustment to my route plan around t'dales which adds a visit to the tan hill pub the highest pub in britain and some very interesting roads
very glad i had my hat with me else i would have burn me baldy head

it was EXCELLENT
Wow... what an excellent weekend, and such beautiful weather too!
We had been driving with the roof down, music blaring... (yelling obsenities at people with their roofs UP!) and catching the sun down all these wonderful twisty roads in Shropshire.
Sean has gone really dark and I have a slightly healthier colour now! I can't believe that I too was once happy to stick the air con on and drive around, who would have thought that a convertable would be so much fun s8) 8) s8) !
I almost felt sorry for the poor souls in their cars with the windows open! NOT s:twisted:  s:twisted: !
AWESOME WEEKEND!!!
Some really good scenic routes if you get the chance are the Golden Valley from Hay-On-Wye to Pontrilas, and in the Brecon Beacons the road from Talybont-on-Usk past the Talybont reservoir and the Pent-Wyn reservoir to the top of Merthyr and then up the A470 to Brecon, the scenery this weekend was amazing. A guy in a silver 2 nearly nodded acknowledgement of our enthusiastic waves, can't understand them.HOW CAN YOU BE SO MISERABLE IN A 2??!!!!!
