To save me getting my door card off to check, said i would ask for a friend, does anyone know the width of the speaker hole and the surround ring on the door if that makes sense, so assuming the plastic speaker adaptor is removed the width of the curved ring shape round the speaker hole in the metal across to the other side
Not sure of the actual hole size but it takes 16.5 cm speakers if that helps?
Na I know that thanks. He has some mdf rings 177mm diameter the speaker edge leaves 5mm diameter all way round wasn't sure what sheet metal screws to use the speaker screw holes are 157mm diameter
Can't help I'm afraid, I just gutted the OE speaker out of the plastic bracket and used that to screw my new speakers to.
