just installed 2 x 10 inch subs and 2 6x9 when turned up cant notice the buzzing noise i'm guessing there's some interference
also when accelerating the noise pitches with how much i rev
is there a way of stopping this horrible buzzing noise!!!!
Where is your amp located and where did you route the power cables for it? That is likely to be the source of it.
amp is currently in the bin i realized when taking it out of the bin or move it towards the driver side it stops buzzing could it be a bad ground or ...?
i disconnected the rca cable cus it was doing my head in until i get round in having another go at it but the speakers are still buzzing a when accelerating ...routed the rca cable through passenger side and remote cable straight through the middle#
any ideas
ive seen on you tube some people put a bit of speaker wire and ground it back to the cd player ....
I suggest you look closely at the routing for the power feed from the battery. Try and avoid it running in parallel with other power cables, especially those linked to the engine harness/ecu.
ill try re root that somewhere else then but looks pritty difficult to do so as all cables come from each side ....
You could try and shield the cables. Try an avoid long stretches where the power cables are running in parallel, that's the key.
Had similar with my initial setup. Re grounded the amp and it seemed to do the trick!!!

Drill hole straight through and put a new bolt in? ??
I might try scrapping the paint off the bolt a bit

Also make sure your power cable and earth cable are the same gauge. Get the best earth possible, and if that doesn't work then buy a ground loop isolator from maplin, that will help.
I found a bit of chassis, drilled through, sanded it down either side and bolted through. Nice clean connection.
Also had some ferrite ring clamp things on the RCA's I got for a few quid for good measure!
I had the same problem when i did mine a while back. was down to the battery needed changing and the noise has gone now :-) :-) :-)
i don't think mine is the battery as its a new one i put in December lol i brought one of them ground loop things what a loud of sshit shit sshit its all down to the bad earth i think or my RCA cables gonna have a proper look over the weekend!!!!
dont really wanna drill a hole and put a bolt though but if i cant find a a good ground then its gonna be the case s:( :( s:(
Sounds like the cables are close together - found this with my last sub I installed.
