Title: 60,000 mile service

hiya gang

looking for some advice, my blue 2 has done me proud   s:D :D s:D  15k since Feb this year and is now due for the 60k service.

Car is import and bought with little history  s:( :( s:(  , i have gutted pre cats, quickshift installed, engine and gearbox oil change

firstly can anyone tell me where i can find out what is involved in the 60k service - is there anything i need to check is done?

secondly how much should i be paying - from previous posts looks like it should be around £170?

thirdly can anyone recommend a good dealer on the south coast (brighton way)?

thanks for any imput (I did try searching here and on spyderchat - no joy  s:cry: :cry: s:cry:  )

should tell you in the handbook what is involved but if not a quick call to Mr T should solve that.

since you have no warraty though i'd find  local specialist a main dealer will just charge you double what it needs to be.

Hi,

Just had mine done - see post re high milers.

cost £113.

Mostly checks on the vehicle, only parts on the list where oil, filter(s), that was it ! £78 labour / rest parts (exc oil which I supplied)!

Jobs a good one.

If I get chance later I will scan in my report checks, etc for you.

I have heard good reports about Yeomans in peacehaven (i think)
