Post by: Gpdyna on February 10, 2014, 23:28
My apologies if I'm putting this in the wrong place, but I've just found new fog lights at what I think are a good price £28.23 each!   s:crazyeyes:  s:crazyeyes:

 m http://www.micksgarage.com/ (http://www.micksgarage.com/) m
enter your reg number and select the parts you want.

Better than eBays £38.99 each.

Hope its of some use.

Hi Roger, apologies just seen your query.

Yes arrived yesterday, well packed from Dublin, states on the box 'direct replacement for manufacturer' or something like that. First time i've done this, but from pics i've seen of the lights removed from other members cars they look 'spot' on.
Wont be doing mine for another couple weeks as i'm waiting for angel rings for the spots.
Let me know how you get on.
Regards
Graham

I can't seem to find them anywhere on that site. Are you looking under mr2 or another model?

Go onto site in 'search' type in Toyota fog lights.
It then comes up with picture list
Our lights are 3rd and 4th from the bottom of the page.

Cheers for your posts and good luck with your build...  s:) :) s:)

Many thanks for the link gpdyna! I've been looking for these at a decent price but all until now have commanded huge P&P costs to Inverness where I live. It shows you that companies can send items to any location free of charge.
Btw there is an on going campaign to boycott any company that loads up p& p charges to Scotland, isle is white/ man etc..but that's another story!

Existing fogs making the car look a bit shabby so can't wait to get these shiny bad boys fitted!

Finally got round to fitting my new fogs that I got from micksgarage.com. Very happy with the end result!
Quality of reproduction items is very good with all fittings and fixtures being accurate to OEM items. Before fitting I gave the new lamps a couple of coats of paint to try and give some protection from the elements. The ravages which can be seen on the old units. I fitted new Night Breaker bulbs as the old filaments were seized in solid with corrosion.
Bumper removal and fitment were straight forward as the 'How To' predicted.

All in all a 10/10 for value and I would recommend these replacements every time.

Just noticed on the pics the fitted  lamp did not look quite right, just had to push in to secure locating clip. All good now.(http://i1245.photobucket.com/albums/gg599/almair67/2006-01-01000026_zps6d87c0f5.jpg) (http://s1245.photobucket.com/user/almair67/media/2006-01-01000026_zps6d87c0f5.jpg.html)
