I posted this in troubletshooting but it's probably best here.
Yesterday when driving home from work my stereo turned itself off 4 times on the journey and would only turn back on when I restarted the engine. Today it did it again, funnily enough in the same locations on the journey! It seems fine driving to work in the morning however I'm not sure if it being a shorter journey has anything to do with it.
Any ideas?
I think I've narrowed the problem down to the 6 CD changer connected to the stereo. I usually play a few CD's through it instead of listen to the radio but earlier it did the same thing again. I turned the stereo back on, it hasn't turned off since but I can't choose the CD mode, only Tape and Radio.
Can anyone help with this?
