ps - new found skills have to be practised s:) :) s:)
Well done Stew.
Think I've seen it before.
Apart from the BC coilovers and the stoptech brakes it's all mouth and no trousers.
Looks great but would get blown away by a modern oil burner.
I'll keep my money thanks.
has he still not sold that yet, oh yeah he is about 12 times over priced
What a waste of a TF300 which in my view was a better car. Some will like this I suppose but I genuinly think they have managed to ruin the looks of the MR2 which is criminal when you consider how much they must have spent.
£6000 would be a more fitting price.
£25K then factor in cost to upgrade the motor so turbo / V6 and you are looking at over £30K think what you could get for that budget
This is an age old case of someone believing the car is worth what they've spent on it s;) ;) s;) s:lol:  s:lol:
Oh dear. :/
For what it is it's ok, definitely won't see another! - But for that price, you are getting into 911 997's, Maybe an Aston Vantage if lucky etc etc...
I understand why people do this, but do they realisticly think they are going to get their money back on it, its never going to happen....£8k tops!
Having spent the last two weeks watching the market I guessed what this thread was going to be about before opening it s:D :D s:D
As others have said, WAY WAY WAY overpriced. Such a tiny market for this kind of car, could be up for a looooooooonnnnnggggg time!
For me modifying the car to that extent I would have to keep it. I know fine well I wouldn't get anywhere near what I've put into mine if I sold it and as sad as it makes me if I was desperate for cash it would make much more sense to set it on fire as I have an agreed value on all my mods.. not that I would ever dream of commuting insurance fraud ofcourse but my point being it's a shame that that's the only way to re coupe the cash.
Some people want to be different or even unique, that usually comes with a big bill when it comes to modifying cars.
Your build thread Danny is proof of that. As you followed your determined path, the goal was more important than the cash. Which is why you have a unique awesome car. Just sayin'
