When I did mine just gave them a really good clean then just 4 coats off under coat then 4 coats off top coat been on now for a few years no problems at all(http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/18/510c13aef2bc39ef75786a9f5458b48a.jpg)just make sure you give them plenty off time to dry left mine in the garage for a week
