Hi guys. I'm considering to upgrade my stereo but I can't find any video to show me how to do it myself. I will appreciate any link.

I'll take some photos and talk you thorough it tomorrow. I did find a guide that helped but it wasn't the best.  m http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/forums/200/123673.html (http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/forums/200/123673.html) m   No pictures sadly.

It's not hard, but there is a lot of trim to undo. You'll need 10mm sockets and a long socket bar if I remember right.

I only needed a Phillips screwdriver when I did mine. Maybe because a previous owner had already had it out?

It wass just a case of removing the 2 side pillar trim pieces along with the heater panel, and undoing the screws down the front. The ashtray unit was screwed in at the front the same as the stereo and could be pulled out enough to fit the stereo, with the gear surround still in place.

The ash tray and head unit brackets themselves are 10mm bolts but they have a Philips pattern in the top of them too. I prefer using the socket as they're easier to locate and less likely to round.

The flat head is just for prying stuff.
