As title suggests, the heated seats stopped working in Helen's 2.
Mine has heated seats as well which look to be fitted by dealer, however mine are wired in primitively via the fuse box on the passenger side. Very coincidentally my heated seats stopped working at the same time but it was just a fuse issue.
If I open up Helen's fuse box, there is no such dodgy wiring. The heated seats seem to have actually been put in properly.
Any clues where the fuse might be for this when done correctly? Or maybe it wasn't done correctly at all and it's just wired into the back of the ciggie lighter or something.
Hopefully someone can shed some light before we start ripping the interior to bits to trace connections.
PS I have tried the approach of pulling every fuse in the box s:) :) s:) None were dead
Does the cigarette lighter still work?
Anything else not working?
Hmm.. Didn't think to check the cig lighter. Radio and all lights work
Do you have a voltmeter? Maybe you could turn the seats on and then work your way back to see where it drops? i.e. seats - relay? - wiring - power supply?

yeah the problem is where to start looking. Just to get to the end wiring means taking the seats out. So was hoping for a hint towards a fuse or end point
Ciggie lighter works... Hmm
Sorry shnazzle but you have started with assumed knowledge (difficult in my case) s:bowdown:  s:bowdown: .
BUT not knowing who Helen is has left me in bit of a pickle or in a case of giggle s:? :? s:? .
Is Helen's 2, text speak for "also" or "as well as" or not, as it maybe?
If Helen is in fact the Mrs I would lay off the dodgy wiring allegation s:scared: :scared: s:scared:
