Installing new rear spoiler with brake light. All good until the electrical connection. Looked to connect to the high mount stop light supply between the connector in the boot lid and the light. The wires in the exposed section between the heat/sound proofing and the lid grommet have become brittle to the extent that I could not cut the insulation without taking out most of the copper s:( :( s:( .
Bit of rewiring to do so just a heads-up s:wink: :wink: s:wink: .
