When I pull away when the car is cold the clutch judders a little but goes away when the car has warmed up.
The clutch was replaced in 2013 and the car has only done 4000 miles since it was fitted.
What could be the cause and is there something I can do to fix this?
I'm getting this too, started last week. However I have noticed my clutch is also slipping.

Do you know what clutch is/was/has been fitted.
Sounds as though it has got a light glaze on the friction plate. I had a new clutch that got this way after a while. One day, hubby David was driving. He selected third instead of first as he pulled onto a roundabout. To get out of a tricky situation, he revved the hell out of her and slipped the clutch. We could smell hot clutch as we left on the other side of the roundabout.
The clutch hasn't juddered since.
Try giving it a little abuse?

I don't know as it was fitted before I bought the car.
Oil contamination - happened to me a few years back. Kept slipping under mild throttle no oil smell as you would expect..

How did you fix it?
Before you leap at solutions which involve a clutch change, give it some abuse! A slight judder when cold and no slipping can often be cured this way. Put it in a high gear and slip it hard. You'd be surprised at how often this works. A decent clutch will survive some abuse quite happily.
The fix - well new clutch and bearing/seal in the gearbox on the input shaft wasn't cheap in fact I felt I was ripped off to be blunt. Had to be fixed rapid was booked onto a touring weeks holiday hotels all booked etc so had little choice or time to look around.

Hey Carolyn. I like your suggestion. I guess the plate may have some surface crap on there where a car has been sitting for ages and not driven? Never happened to me [emoji14]
