Title: Adhesive for badges
Post by: cptspaulding on June 25, 2017, 10:30
The 2 if the MR2 was falling off my rear bumper so I took it and the MR off as part of an overall debadging plan.

Unfortunately, it looks as though the M&R have come off before & someone has used Araldite or the like to put them back on. No amount of any product has so far made an impression (I've tried EVERYTHING suggested in threads on here).

So while I save for repainting my car, I've decided to put the MR2 badges back on. What sort of adhesive is recommended?

I don't know what the proper stuff is, but I think I'd use butyl tape.

I used something like this stuff on mine. I have had no issues with it.
