Title: Maf sensor position
Post by: andyb on July 7, 2017, 01:17
I want to alter the position of my cone filter so it sits behind the battery (closer to the side vent). Does the distance from the maf sensor to the throttle body make any difference?

Lot of ppl have done this. My MAF is just before the filter, which is next to vent behind battery. No problems.

As long as there's no sharp bends before the maf, within 20cm or so, you're all good.
