Title: Hamspeed's Halo Fog Lights
Post by: gazza1286 on August 11, 2017, 20:48
Just started installing these. Looks relatively simple.

The only issue is the module block which bridges the existing loom to the new fog lights. Where is the best place to mount it? I'm reluctant to drill into the vertical members either side of the radiator and think that using cable ties may be the best option.

Any advice?

I just used a cable tie and connected it to one of the struts holding on the crash bar from what I can remember.  They're not heavy so don't need a lot of support, they just need to be secure.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for that.

I eventually decided to get the drill out. Two self-tappers on the outboard face of the vertical members. All done -
What an amazing improvement. The originals were wrecked and Mr T wanted £75 each.

Thank you Hamspeed!
