Title: Fuel Pump Click
Post by: Anonymous on February 14, 2005, 21:05
Not sure whether to put this in general or problems, so I have decided here.

I keep going to fill the car up with petrol, and after about £8  has gone in on an empty tank, it clicks and stops as if saying it is full. I then stop and repress and it reclicks and stops again. It keeps doing this.

Am I doing something wrong??? Am I pumping fuel in there too quickly? Let me know of any knowledge as if it is a fault I am going to get Mr T to do it under warranty!

Thank you peeps

just let gravity do the work, and dont push it down or you could snap the neck, hope that helps
