Title: Practical Classics
Post by: SombreroPeak on March 18, 2018, 22:40
Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but the April edition of PC dropped onto my mat yesterday, and it has a nice 5 page review of our cars. A few errors, but overall a very good piece, and great to see the MK3  beginning to receive the recognition we all know it deserves.

2 big errors I noticed.
Price of subframe £100. I wish.
Supercharged V6 was mentioned well my car wasn't finished until this week and I haven't ever seen another. Rogue motorsports race car aside.
It was a fair right up all in all much better than some of the utter dross that has been written before.
John brought it to my attention.
Glad you are bringing it to others.

You need the April edition. It comes via the post to subscribers before its released in the shops. The cover has 3 W124 Mercedes on it, and there's a little pic of our car far left bottom. It may not be out yet.

Just looked at this on Google.  The Roadster in the review belongs to Simon of the MR2DC.  He was approached at the Classic Car show in November by Practical Classics to do the article.  His PFL will be alongside my FL on the MR2DC stand at this weekend's Practical Classic show at the NEC.  Set up day is tomorrow so looking forward to it.  Come along and say hello.
