I am pretty sure someone on here had green type r seats fitted to their 2. Can anyone tell me who it was?
Other than that has anyone fitted s2000 or type r seats (I presume they are similar) and if so how hard was it? Is there a guide? I found a guide on the spyderchat forum which says drill out 3 holes (s2000) and build an L bracket for the 4th. But not sure if it's different for the type r seats.
I think I have just secured a pair of seats from a Type R so will be fitting them in the next couple weeks.

That is guys. I was really interested in the guy with the green type r seats fitted. I know the s2000 ones fit but I have bought the ep3 type r ones and I am being told they won't fit :(

Lee definitely had Reccaros in his roadster, I sat in the car at the Demon Tweeks Ding Day. They were really low and the vision was not ideal for short people - Lee & I both being less than tall laughed about it!
I like my Porsche seats better, but they are not great for tall people!

A definite asset, being both funny & helpful plus really clever with cars. He really hated my silver and green combo!

Lee might well have made the seats fit. He swapped a 3sgt turbo into his roadster himself, and built a new exhaust to get a better time at Santapod. He lives in Oldham which may help you trace him via FB. If you find him say hi! Having said that, eveyone gets an email from mr2roc when they are sent a PM so that might work? Goodluck!

Just received the notifications and signed back up. Good to see some people are still around.
Currently still have the S2000 that will be with me until it's just a pile of rust.
Sold the 911 and bought a BMW 135i coupe and modded that to just over 400bhp. Silly fast but again not so reliable.
Also in a moment of madness a couple of months ago bought a supercharged Civic Type R. When will I ever learn that if something is too good to be true it usually is, it's spent more time in pieces than on the road.
