Title: Cam Belt

Does anyone no when toyota recommened you change the cam belt is it a certain millege or certain amount of years  s:?: :?: s:?:   O

Tried searching but could'nt find anything I am sure this has been talked about before so a link would be helpful thanks  s:) :) s:)

I think you will find there is no such thing on a 2 and that it has timing chains, so don't worry about it! They should be good for 100,000 at least!

Correct, the 2's engine utilises a timing chain not a belt so does not need changing for the life on the engine supposedly  s:wink: :wink: s:wink:
