I had quite fancied a little more bass for a while now, so I got an Alpine mono/bridgable amp and 10" Diamond Audio sub s:D :D s:D
I used a mixture of MDF and fiberglass (very itchy stuff!!) to make my box, also spacing the speaker from the box more with a ring of MDF and smoothed in with P38. Finally covered with some black carpet!
Anyway heres the pics from the making and completion of my install.

Wow... s:shock:  s:shock:
That actually looks like a pretty good job Lee. What are you going to do with you Under Dash Sub?
Yeah there's a few hours work in that, I'm adjusting the crossovers etc tomorrow (dark now!) I'm sure the 6" and 10" will work well together.
yeah as the man says nice work mate, is that really a 10", looks a lot bigger?
Another top job Lee, nice one mate.
Glad to know that I wasn't left hanging around at the airport the other day for nothing... s:wink:  s:wink:
Definately a 10", looks bigger as I made a spacer and thus moved it out from the box. Thats why it looks bigger in the pictures. Anyhow I can't fault the system, the sub sounds amazing, the sound quality is great, not sure how loud it goes but it's definately loud enough! s:shock:  s:shock: Just driven back from Chelmsford with the Sissor Sisters blasting out and it sounds FAB. Spotted two MR2's aswell, neither waved back s:? :? s:?
Got to say that really looks good...I admire anyone that can make things!
Nice work. Where are you planning to mount the flashing beacon s:?: :?: s:?: s:wink:  s:wink:
