Title: Intended use of the Passenger window disable switch!
Post by: Joesson on September 11, 2018, 16:32
Looking through my Owners Manual for hand brake operation for another thread I came across the following-

On Page 28 of my 2002 manual has a list of Caution notes.

To avoid serious personal injury, you must do the following.

Second point:
When small children are in the vehicle , never let them use the power window switches without supervision. use the window lock switch to prevent them from making unexpected use of the switches.

So now we know!

Switches - Plural? I thought it only disabled the passenger one. Kinda strange that this is intended as they are so close together, the child could still easily "unexpectedly use the drivers one"  (:< >:) (:< >:)
