Track day car having some new adjustable rear track control cars and camber bolts fitted tomorrow in time for day out on Sat. Has BC coilovers. Looking for recommendations for alignment set up
car is pre face lift running on stock 15" alloys with Nankang AR1 tyres
Based on allll the reading and talking I've been doing the past few days;
Front toe out a bit (make steering pointy)
Rear toe in a bit (stabilise rear and prevent oversteer)
-2 front camber (prevent oversteer)
-2 rear camber (grip and bit of understeer)
Rear damping lower than front (to taste)
That's where I'm going next.
No idea of your location.
But. I would suggest a visit to wheels in motion and tell them what you want.
They will set it up accordingly, as much as the set up will allow.
I cannot talk this degree or that. But if you say you want a track monster. They will dial in accordingly.
I was told by someone on the facebook page that some of the racers just run the standard geo settings. My car just has Meisters slapped on and it genuinely handles really well!

Get the coilover to the hight you want and its very important to get the car corner balanced.
Dont skimp and do alignment only.
I started with factory settting added 1 deg camber front and rear.
arms didnt get fitted,,, out tomorrow on standard setting with which to be honest the car felt great on last time out. will try some of the advised setting next time, thanks for all the info

Nail on the head, corner balancing made the world of difference to the handling.
