I'm not entirely familiar with the nuts and bolts scene.
I know I can't replace certain bolts with stainless, as they're not high tensile, but some bolts are just looking rather worse for wear and I'd like to get some shiny replacements.
Is this something I can just order off ebay using the Toyota bolt classification?
A lot of them will be dealer items.
Bah. Thought that might be the case
Which ones do you need? I've got a lot.
Mind you, a bit of WD and a wire brush and most come up fine.
I don't know which ones yet.
It's one of those things I just want to replace as/when I come across them when doing stuff on the car
As per C.
Steve (where ever he is) never took a bolt off without a trip to the bronze wheel shortly after.
Amazing what a couple of licks will do to bring a sad looking bolt back to the light.
No idea idea where now, but done some before and after pics when he swapped my sub frame out.
Bernie might be able to help, when Fgrob was building his car he replaced every bolt on the underside and I'm sure he had invoices and references to sizes etc.

There is one if you know where to look for it, can't be published here because we keep to copyright rules but if you're on the UK Facebook page it's in the information pinned up there.
