Title: MR2 more useful with bike rack
Post by: paulfjr on March 20, 2019, 20:20
As Chilli Girl has said, the MR2 can be a very useful car. In my case, I have added a bike rack so I can take my bike to my weekly bike ride. I had the towing eyes extended bars made in workshop, and just attached my Thule bike rack that usually goes on top of my Yet. I copied the design from Nickyb from a post in 2014. All works well so far.

I asked because @Mikeymead (https://www.mr2roc.org/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=19720)  and I were talking to a guy at "ShinDing" who wanted to carry a bike on his 2 and Mike pointed him to using the tow eye's as " someone else" had done.
Glad to see it works for you anyway.
