Look for Freakyparts on Facebook. He has lowest prices for these.
I'm not sure if it helps, but I've been using BluePrint blank brake discs for years on track (with Yellowstuff pads).
They are exceptionally cheap (circa £30.00 per disc IIRC), and I've had zero issues with them.
Part number for the front disc is: ADT343137
Part number for the rear disc is: ADT343143

I use the same and am very happy too!
(I got my discs and pads from a combination of ebay and amazon as this was the cheapest at the time).
Lewis Winpenny on the MR2 facebook group uses & sells EBC discs & Yellowstuff pads. I got a set of dimpled & grooved discs & road pads, for similar prices mentioned above.
I got Yellowstuff from Demontweeks last time, around £150 ish for the set.
Thanks all for the responses.
Ha, looking at the Blueprint parts, looks like the front is for a Yaris, rear is MR2 roadster only - interesting as the front lower arms are also the same for the Yaris so guessing they just lifted the front setup from the Yaris and went custom on the rear due to it being RWD.
