Title: Roadster Airbag Slipring

hi just going though some upgrades for the 2 will be used mainly for Autosolo events and a few track days pluss sunny days out im now at the stage of changing the steering wheel the billet hub i want to use will be a strugle to use the the airbag slipring as it fouls the 2 conectors so idealy i would like to do away with it but what does it do has any one removed it and run ok with out it many thanks rick

It is the slip contact for the horn and airbag plus the indicators switch off.
