I want to change the wheel nuts on my 06 FL. The problem I'm finding is the different sizes. I think the front nuts are 21mm x 33mm and the rear 21mm x 43mm but can't seem to find the different sizes on Amazon/ Flebay.

A job to keep
@Carolyn tinkering :) Measure bolts and find source haha.
They're certainly not unique to Toyota as far as thread goes, as I have aftermarket wheel nuts

Retaining the O/E wheels? Why/what are you wanting to change?
Keeping the OEM wheels but the locking nuts are fubar. Hell of a job getting them off.
@Top down -
Shouldn't be a problem, on eBay when a car is being broken the part on offer is typically a wheel nut!
Although I would try Mr Sloane on here

I have a set of spares and measure the front as having a total height of 37mm and rears 42mm.
Found ones on eBay with appropriate dimensions from same seller here (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-x-Genuine-M12x1-5-Flat-21mm-Alloy-Wheel-Nuts-Toyota-Avensis-03/181699955949?hash=item2a4e294ced:g:1WcAAOSwFQVeC2J6) and here (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-x-M12-x-1-5-21mm-Hex-Flat-Seat-for-Toyota-Alloy-Wheel-Nuts-Chrome/172326411923?fits=Car+Make%3AToyota&hash=item281f745e93:g:xWoAAOSw8Y1bwKyI) . Plus quite a few other listings for the smaller size.
I got lucky and bagged a brand new unused set from Dean at Rutland a couple of years back. Included the 3-hole style lock nut but I removed them when I put the car into a garage so they didn't bugger them. Still using normal nuts as has never bothered to refit. Do people still nick wheels off cars? Can't remember the last time I saw one sitting on a pile of bricks :)
Just be aware that the wheel nuts are NOT the standard aftermarket taper - they are a flat washer, if using stock wheels you need to get replacements with the flat washer style.

Last time I went over to Carlisle, Dick had a bucket of stock bolts and happily swapped out my lockers for standard ones at no charge. Suppose it makes his life easier if/when the car eventually finds its way back to him in the future :)

The O/P also asked on Facebook, & DS mentioned he had them...so likely he did.

I used the search 'Toyota OE wheel nut' in eBay which brings up a whole host of listings for flat seated ones.
I then further narrowed it down by adding a length and checking the search in the description box. As you point out - those with a tapered seat are not compatible with factory wheels.
