Title: Flush Fit Centre Caps
Post by: panderoo on June 15, 2020, 09:31
Does anyone know of any flat Toyota centre caps from another car that would drop in the stock MR2 wheels ?

I would just like some that don't stick out.

You can get generic plastic ones off ebay

Then you can add a sticker or paint?

I was kind of looking for some that sit within the hole a little better to be honest, but that might be my only choice.

I've got the generic ones with some stickers on.  Cost me about a tenner all in but I've got the retro Toyota logo on

Mine say 56-54 mm on them.

Measuring with the micrometer, that is 56mm external and 54mm internal diameter.

Same as above

Just note that they don't have the metal retainer ring the stock ones do, just plastic tabs.  Expect them to last a couple of years tops particularly if they need to be removed and refitted for any reason (do they have to do that for wheel balancing?)
