Title: Trimming rear 'nappy' for TTE exhaust
Post by: barchetta_ms on September 13, 2020, 11:05
I've fitted a TTE exhaust and would like to re-fit the rear nappy - are there any guides on where to trim the plastic for this?

cheers

I was under the impression you didn't need to trim the nappy.

I gave it a good go trying to fit it but it fouls the RH exhaust as it comes down from the box - I thought based on this post (https://www.mr2roc.org/forum/index.php?topic=66580.msg784457#msg784457) it would need trimming

Every days a school day.
Someone will know for sure.

Mine was already fitted so never knew. And after it started to smoulder. It came off and stayed off.

Bit like the last post in the thread you linked to.
