Just purchased a new malian stainless Steel manifold before fitting is it worth wrapping in heat wrap,if yes which sort and how much would i need to wrap manifold ,?

Debatable topic. Especially on an item of questionable/unknown quality steel. If you can get the stock heat shield on, that's your best bet.
Otherwise, wrap away. Chances are very high that it'll be absolutely fine. You'll need 10m at least and good stainless zip ties.
