Vehicle description
Unmarked body and perfect paint condition, freshly powder coated wheels, renewed braking system(discs, pads, refurb calipers, braided hoses), uprated complete 3 piece twin exit Zero exhaust.
The car is sold with the hardtop, Zero exhaust, and private number plate, but if any of those 3 items are not required by a prospective purchaser the asking price would allow for that.
eg replacing the Zero exhaust with OEM = £1k reduction in asking price
Hardtop = £1k reduction if not required
So the car could be bought for £4750 which would include the number plate
Body-coloured wheels would be replaced by an OEM silver set if so desired.
Viewing and test drives are highly recommended, and I would meet halfway to help facilitate.
An excellent, relatively inexpensive Roadster that puts a BIG smile on your face. This car isn't quite unique, but Cape Green examples of this Toyota colour are few and far between, with even fewer in this condition.
MOT performed 26/ 7/ 23 < passed with no advisories, next MOT due 22/ 8/ 24
Mileage now 57,300
Part-exchange is a possibility, especially for a Fiesta ST or Toyota Celica mk7 T-Sport/ GT

Good point sir :-) It's one of the main USP after all
a 'rip' from my readers ride
' So I can now offer an appraisal of the full Zero exhaust. It's pricey, fairly quiet at low revs, a tad noisier + deeper bassed at medium -upper revs .......but most importantly it most definitely is performance enhancing over stock < by how much? worth the expense? probably not, but its a fairly simple straightforward uncomplicated avenue to aiding performance.' << that was from a few weeks ago, it's purposeful but not silly noisy!!
I remembered this car. Had 1st refusal over a year ago ( thereabout ). Had to decline as I had too many and my banker refused to sign the cheque!

Re-iterating my earlier comment ....this is the best MR2 I have seen in the flesh. I have seen pictures of others on this forum that may well be its equal, but paint quality and lack of scratches, dings + dents put it above any of my other owned vehicles.
Your banker made an error Joe ;D

Sounds like my TTE.

Thanks for confirming that Joe, it was quite a while since I briefly drove
@puma2 car with a TTE exhaust...so was unable to remember correctly.
The video narrator describes this as "lime green". I'd say it's mint. And mint in more ways than one.
Fantastic looking car. Wish I had the money spare.
Is the suspension original?
Quote from: fawtytoo on June 30, 2023, 20:05Is the suspension original?
Yes it is original(and performing well atm), If I had been keeping the car long term I would have refreshed the suspension sometime in the next 10k miles(parts were bought, but needed to use the rear shocks on a different car.....so front shocks + all 4 springs could potentially go with the sale of this car, if it made the full asking price)
Uprated description, pricing, MOT details
