Title: TEIN Electronic Damping Force Controller
Post by: so.simple on June 13, 2005, 18:21
I came across something new on the same site where I found the koni suspension kit. An electronic controller for the shocks:

This seems to be great for the track days, but I bet it can only be used with the Tein adjustable shocks:

Yeah, that only fits the TEIN's...

I've seen generic systems for Koni's in eBay for a lot less. IIRC, they were around $100/set of 4. There's not too much room in our cars though.

was looking at these myself, found a guy in Japan who would do the lot for just over £1K plus delivery charges, Tein wanted £1092(shocks assy) & £329 for the EDFC kit

When I have adjusted the pin on the top of my TEIN HA's, it has never seemed to be that accurate.

I wouldn't have thought that system would be worth the money.  When I asked for the EDFC available for the ZZW30 it was only compatible with the rears as well.
