Thanks Shnazzle, the inner diameter is about 4mm under size but I guess they'll do if I can't find an alternative.

I have ordered two lots of seals, a pair of Klarius FDG3 which say they are 54mm, (but rather un-helpfully not whether that's internal or external), and a pair of the Volvo 240 type. I'll use whichever are the best fit. I would never have guessed that a couple of exhaust seals could be so bloody problematic!! The Toyota dealer was useless, they'd never even heard of a TTE, or optional sports exhaust!

Bit of an update, the Klarius FDG3 seals are 54mm outer diameter so no good.

These are the two types of seal that work perfectly. The RD1266118A was supplied in place of 700660050, and the CEG112 seems to be identical to it. I actually used the CEG112 and it fits perfectly. Job done at last!
Now the bloody cat heat shield is buzzing!! Grrrrrr
