Title: What type of plastic are the bumpers?

An old lady reversed into my car yesterday and has scuffed the bumper and broken through the plastic a little in a small area. Some types of plastic can be plastic welded and some cant. What type of plastic are our bumpers does anyone know?

Toyota Super Olefin Polymer (TSOP), a proprietary polypropylene-based material.  They can be welded.
