Title: Steering Wheels
Post by: Craigjm on August 28, 2025, 01:11
Has anyone modified their steering wheel? I'm thinking specifically about leather covering rather than thickening or flattening etc. I have just used a company to cover a wheel for one of my classic car projects and saw this on their website which is thicker and flatter haha but it got me thinking about at least having the wheel leather covered. Anyone got something different?

Never having used them, and not knowing your location and whether mail delivery is an option to use them, but royal steering wheels in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, has a fantastic reputation

At one time there was an Affiliate on here that provided a leather trim service for seats, door cards and steering wheels.

And as if by magic the company I have just had a wheel done by is them and then I noticed they have done MR2 before too. The picture is one from their site. Really happy with the wheel they have just done for one of my classics.

Just wondering if anyone else has leather trimmed their wheel
