Title: Torque specs for underbody bracing bars
Post by: Nomad on March 1, 2026, 20:09
Hi all,

My first post in this section.

I am in the process of getting my new to me MR2 summer ready and I've spent last couple of days under the car clearing all the rust and rust treating and protecting the underbody and suspension components.

So I had to remove the under body bracing bars which are connecting the front sub frame and the body. I am ready to fit it back but I am struggling to find the torque specified values. I don't mind to go FT (f..g tight) on some bolts but take the structural connections serious.

Can someone help please.

Thanks
