Just seen my seatbelt has been rubbing away my leather - how nice, considering the '2 is only a few months old.
Found a very old thread on search but wondering if anyone could give me some up to date advice. Will Mr T replace it under warranty? If it happens again will they replace more than once?
First ever new car so don't really know how to play this - any help much appreciated.
Thanks!! s:D :D s:D
It's worth a try. I must have been lucky as after 3 years there are no marks from the seatbelts at all, even though they do rub when being worn - the passenger one does make an annoying squeaking noise though!
I'm also surprised as in 28months I've never had a problem. Could it be a quality issue with the leather on your seats s:?: :?: s:?: I would definately go and see Mr T if its only a few months old. They seem to be pretty good regarding warrenty issues s:wink:  s:wink:
When my seatbelt was rubbing on my cloth and wearing a hole they played ball. All they will replaced is just the leather at the BACK of the seat where it is rubbing, not the bit where you sit leather as well, so be prepared to end up with two toned seats.
